Hello again,

We’re feeling adventurous today and will be taking a meditative stroll down to the Peach Lake dock. Won't you join us? While the floating dock serves as a launchpad for residents to sit peacefully land-side and dream, the lake invites more daring artists to take in inspiration from the water in a canoe or paddle board. But don't be fooled - the sunrise is the main event on the dock, as alumni Banna Desta reveals below.

We fundamentally believe that artists deserve the time to create new works and to envision new, sustainable futures. SPACE’s mission remains: to create an environment singular in its ability to invigorate artists and innovators and their work.

ABOUT PEACH LAKE DOCK
Offering some of the most beautiful vistas on the farm, the floating dock, built by the SPACE team in 2012, allows for some peace and quiet far away from the main SPACE campus for a resident to dig into their work. Ryder Farm borders the north side of Peach Lake and stretches a little over half a mile of shoreline. Many a bonfire have been had down by Peach Lake Dock, as is the Friday night tradition each week for residents and staff.
