Bowling Green: Bookended by the 1795 homestead and stone stage, with views of Ryder Farm’s organic growing fields, this lawn is affectionately called The Bowling Green, a term coined because historically it was the site of Lawn Bowling games (a.k.a. glorified bocche ball). The open lawn space can comfortably hold up to 400 standing guests. An outdoor stage, made with stones from the farm, enables the opportunity for live entertainment.

The Sycamores: Established in 1795, The Sycamores homestead has been home to countless events for the Ryder family and friends alike. This cozy, late-eighteenth century home can comfortably host 20-25 seated guests.

Kay Hall: With stunning views of the farm, Kay Hall’s open floor plan can easily accommodate 20-25 seated guests in a variety of arrangements.

Overnight stays:

Overnight stays in Kay Hall or The Sycamores are available in our Premiere and Superlative packages. As mentioned in this handout’s Access section, you will have access to the building(s) in your package for 24 hours, during which time you can opt to stay the night.

Wedding coordination services:

SPACE can supply you with a “day of” wedding coordinator for an additional cost.

Rehearsal dinner:

We can host your rehearsal dinner on the farm the night before the wedding. Please inquire for more details!

Additional spaces:

Access to the Barn and the Garage can be added to your package for an additional fee.
