Step Three: Interview

For the third step, selected applicants will be invited for an virtual interview with Executive Director Kelly Burdick to determine if SPACE can meet the needs and expectations of the prospective resident this season. Applicants will be sent interview questions ahead of time and will be invited to send any questions they may have for SPACE ahead of their interview, as well. Any interviewee not selected for a residency will be invited to forgo step one of the application process the following season. 

Interviews will take place between February 12 and March 1.

Step Three FAQs

Will I know if I haven’t been selected?

• Yes, SPACE will send notification to all second step applicants regarding the results of their application. 

How will the interviews work? 

• Applicants asked to move to the third step will be sent an invite to schedule an interview. You will be sent a list of questions to prepare for the conversation. You will also have the opportunity to submit a list of questions you would like to discuss (please submit your questions at least 48 hours before your scheduled interview). 

• The interview process will be a short time window, please make every effort to keep the interview you have scheduled. We cannot guarantee the ability to reschedule a canceled interview slot.
